Our Team-Based Approach Makes the Difference
Each community under our management is assigned a Licensed Community Manager as a management partner, an Assistant Manager, and a staff Accountant. Meeting minutes, action lists, and management reports are all reviewed by the Senior Manager. This allows the manager to engage another review of decisions, responses, and actions to be made on behalf of the Board of Directors. In event that the community manager is absent, the Assistant Manager would be familiar with all current association matters to keep association buisness moving.
Our Assistant Managers address, monitor, and report work orders issued for property maintenance. Our association profile, which is created for every community, allows us to contact the preferred association vendors for each maintenance issue. They also perform daily administrative duties, process architectural applications, and generate all written correspondence to homeowners and vendors.
The staff accountant handles financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping. Their include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, processing accounts payable/receivable, tracking assessments and fees, and ensuring compliance with HOA regulations. They assist in budget preparation, handle audits, and maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, they communicate with board members regarding financial matters, and ensure proper allocation of funds for maintenance and operational expenses. Accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of HOA accounting principles are essential for this role.
