About the Owner

Pat started his career as a CPA auditing and consulting for banks, credit unions, and private equity firms. It was there, buried in Loan Files, that he realized the wealthiest people own real estate, and the light bulb clicked. Pat brings a decade of professional banking and finance background to almost 2 decades of owning and managing residential real estate. He treats every property with attention and care, as if it were his own.

Growing up, predominantly in poverty, as the child of immigrant parents, Pat has observed and experienced the importance of having a safe and habitable home and what a life without one feels like. Now, his goal is to combine his first-hand exposure with his professional competence to provide Landlords and Tenants the best experience that we collectively can, and to improve the communities that we are involved in.
