At Libster Properties, our sole owner-operator Cheryl Faber handles it all! As a fourth generation Idahoan born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and with 16 years of experience as an Ada County Sheriff’s Deputy, Cheryl has a deep understanding of the area and is skilled at managing challenging situations with professionalism and care. She completes all rental showings, move-in and move-out walk-throughs personally, ensuring a consistent friendly face as well as accurate documentation to avoid disputes and protect all parties. This also offers exceptional peace of mind to tenants seeking rentals when so many rental scams are prevalent and many other companies use self-showings and electronic lease signings and they may never even meet a losing agent before being asked to send funds. Property owners can get top dollar rents for their investments and feel confident that the tenants are well vetted. 

Our rates are both comprehensive and  competitive: 50% of one month's rent for tenant placement and property readiness, and 7% for ongoing property management. Our fee structure is setup to minimize add-on fees that often frustrate tenants and owners alike.
