Point Guard Management, LLC started in Wichita, Kansas in 2013. We started with 2 units under management, and have since worked our way to over 3,000 units within 6 different markets!
Since start up, Point Guard Management has expanded its services to Manhattan (Kansas), the Kansas City Metro, Omaha (Nebraska), Oklahoma City, and Fort Worth/Dallas (Texas)! We pride ourselves on being efficient in our practices, cost effective for our clients, and having the overarching goal of providing a space that both our tenants and stakeholders are proud to be a part of.
