Rent Payment Guarantee: If the tenant doesn't pay their rent as agreed, you don’t pay us our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
Price Match Guarantee: If you can find a lower fee to manage your property in writing we will match it. As long as the other firm is a licensed property management firm and does not charge fees in addition to their base management fee percentage.
Prompt Service Guarantee: If we don’t mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 10 business days of receipt of the rent, we will waive that month’s management fee.
Response Guarantee: If an owner calls, texts, or emails us, we will respond within 24 business hours, or we credit $25 towards the month’s management fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee: For newly onboard client, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time within the first 60 day service.
Eviction Protection Guarantee:* If we place a tenant in your property and have to later evict, we will cover up to $1000 of the costs of an eviction presided over by a judge.
Rent Loss Protection Guarantee:* - If we place a tenant in your property and have to later evict for nonpayment of rent we will write you a check for the next 30 days worth of rent.
