Harrt Core Plan:

-Harrt Select Plan:

 

  • All features of the Core Plan, plus:

 

  • Lawn Care: Initial and quarterly

 

  • Pest Control: Initial interior/exterior service, and quarterly

 

  • Emergency Annual Maintenance Coverage up to $250 per property, covering water heaters, garbage disposals, light fixtures, clogged plumbing, appliance replacement, HVAC issues, tenant lockouts, and more

 

Compensation:

 Core:

 10% per month of collected rent

 50% of the first fully collected month's rent as a placement fee

 

Select:

20% per month of collected rent

50% of the first fully collected month’s rent as a placement fee

 

Owner Payments:

  • Rents are collected and distributed to owners by the 20th of the same month for quick, seamless payouts.

Evictions:

  • We handle the entire eviction process from start to finish.
  • Average eviction cost: $365.

Lease Terms:

  • 12-month minimum lease term unless otherwise specified by the owner.

Tenant Prequalification:

  • Comprehensive screening includes credit checks, rental history, employment verification, and verified income.

Inspections:

  • Three mandatory inspections per year with detailed interior and exterior photos sent to owners.

Owner Online Portal:

  • 24/7 access to monthly and yearly owner statements.
  • Easily view property inspection photos and other important documents anytime.

Maintenance:

  • Our in-house, fully licensed, and bonded general contractor and maintenance team provide cost-effective repairs and remodels.

Additional Services: Real Estate services to include buying and selling.
