Rental Criteria

• Unlike many management companies that rely solely on automated systems for tenant screening, I personally review each application. This hands-on approach allows me to identify potential red flags that an algorithm might miss, such as inconsistencies in a tenant's rental history or other nuances that indicate a good or problematic fit.

Rent Collection

• Our lease terms are rock solid in regards to late fees for rent collection to discourage tenants from paying late.
• We have an online portal for tenant payments and a pay-in-person option as well!

Monthly Reporting

• Each month, I provide detailed financial reports to you that outline income, expenses, and any relevant financial activity related to your property.
