Rich has one of the most unique properties on Airbnb - 50+ acres including a massive pool, tennis court, fishing pond, 4-wheeler track and yes, Alpacas. Unfortunately guests had no idea what was hiding under the hood and so the price point didn't fit.

Realizing the hidden potential, Outlier leveraged our knowledge and experience of the OTAs to fully maximize the guest experience for prospective guests pre-booking, including tying together his neighboring listing, resulting +58% YoY in gross revenue in our first 6 months together.

Rachel was beginning to question her sanity. She owns a luxury cabin near the Poconos that routinely produced 5-figure months in years past. But bookings had dried up.
