Zillow Suite of Sites - We actively market on all Zillow websites. Yes there is a daily charge, but we have found that we have to be where the prospects are searching. So it is worth it to be present, even if there is extra charge for this.
Rently - this is partially a syndication service that quickly gets all of our listings out to hundreds of rental websites. However they are also a showing service that allows us to make homes viewable at any time of the day.
Local MLS - We find that it is important for your property to be found by all local Realtors. So we will typically add your property to our local MLS if we haven't already lined up a tenant before the home is ready to be shown.
Real Property Solutions website – This website receives a lot of traffic and is hot spot for finding local rentals. We include your property pictures, information, and a rental application to keep it convenient for those close by or who may be moving into the area.
