• Property walkthroughs to check for significant changes or issues on the interior and exterior everytime we change an air filter.

• Sprinkler system inspections and repairs in the spring, including the controller box, to ensure the property is properly watered throughout the dry season.

• Monthly check ins from management to make sure that we are always on the same page and answer any questions.

• Access to an online portal to stay up to date on the financial and physical aspects of your properties.
