WHICH LEVEL OF SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU? 
If you are not wanting a fullservice managment solution for you investment property or portfolio.  We an option to subscribe to one of our managment packages that would allow you to manage your property while we take care of the headaches that you don't want to.  We have an A' la cart approach with the services that allows us to provide you the services you need. 
 
If you are wanting a full property management service, most companies charge you every time they visit your property  - on top of a twelve percent or more monthly management fee - we only have a 10% monthly rate and don’t make you pay trip charges when we need to visit your property or re-lease fees when the tenants want to stay! Charging extra to do the job you’ve already paid for isn’t the way to do business. 
 
WHAT WE OFFER:
We use an end-to-end property management software solution to streamline listings, applications, and payments. We love offering this technology that allows us to get your property rented quickly, keep all your documentation in one place, and get you paid faster with direct deposit! The user-friendly owner portal can be used on your computer or phone, and allows you to see everything going on with your property, make requests, and view your monthly statements. It’s also how the tenants pay their rent so everything is documented all in one place.   
 
SMALL BUSINESS PERKS:
Our connections in the community save us money! While larger property management companies have contracts with vendors that may or may not be the most cost-effective option for your property, we have served this area long enough to find the best deals and create long lasting relationships with other small businesses like us. Our goal is to maximize your profits, not charge you an arm and a leg every time the garbage disposal stops working or the shower drain gets clogged. 
 
SAFEGUARDING YOUR PROPERTY:
We conduct walkthroughs of the home 30, 180, and 365 days after a tenant moves in. Our goal in doing this is to not only check in with the tenants, but also to ensure that the home is being well taken care of while you’re not in it. We put eyes on the property so you don’t have to!
 
WHO WE ARE:
We are a husband wife team dedicated to provided the best service possible to our owners. We have the highest level of licensure, education, and training that is offered in the state of Texas.  We pride ourselves on continuing education, and possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry as well! This isn’t a hobby for us, this is our livelihood! We want to stay on top of what is happening in the industry so we can keep you informed and make sure all of our i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed when it comes to your tenants and your property.
