If you have an existing listing, we will run your listing through our Hospitality Optimization and Standardization Tune-up (HOST). The HOST process will determine what steps are needed to bring your listing within the highest standards and those of Turnkey Pros.

Our core service is Premier Concierge and we charge 20% of your nightly revenue. It includes all guest messaging, listing optimization(and creation), dynamic pricing, photography management, smart lock support, inventory monitoring and restock, cleaning dispatch property auditing and 24-hour guest support. We also offer additional services for Tucson hosts that are priced separately but can include landscape maintenance, professional interior design, pool maintenance, home repair as well as purchase and sale support for owners looking to grow or pivot their portfolio.
