Next Level Property Management

Next Level Property Management began business in July of 2020, with eight multi-family, residential doors. As of December 1st, 2023, Next Level Property Management manages over 250 doors including apartments, mobile homes, and high-end single-family homes.

Next Level Property Management is comprised of four State of Montana Licensed Property Managers. Trent Burton, Operator/Owner, has over three years of experience and brings his expertise from careers in business development to owning and operating an insurance agency.

Dillon Charlebois, Operations Specialist, brings his experience in relational customer service from service operations in car dealerships to serve and achieve operational excellence from move-in reports to violation follow ups. 

Melissa Davis, Operations Manager, brings over 10 years of residential property management experience to the team.  Melissa holds a Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), that combines experience and knowledge to efficiently run a property management company.

Our most recent team member, Morgan Peirce, Operations Specialist, may be new to the property management industy, but she brings numerous years of experience in many different industries to our growing team.
