Our current portfolio is located primarily in the Greater Worcester areas and includes a little over 100 residential apartments in small and medium-sized multi-family buildings, typically ranging from two-family to apartment buildings with up to 12 units.

PRICING AND TERMS:
Our standard property management fee is 8-10% of the monthly rental gross income depending on the property. Additional services are available at competitive rates, and we can provide a customized quote based on your specific needs.
