What to expect:

1. Introductory Phone Call: We pride ourselves on our ability to make sure that we are a good match to work together. We want to fully understand who you are, and what you are looking to accomplish.

2. Free Rental Analysis: Once we know how we can best help you, we'll work on putting together your free rental analysis so you can see where we think your property can rent for in today's market conditions.

3. Proposal: Even though our pricing structure is fully transparent on our website at all times, we'll also include our pricing structure in full detail along with your rental analysis. We hate hidden fees ourselves and we have no desire to hide anything from you. We believe the best partnerships happen when there is full transparency.

4. Property Management Agreement: This is our legal document that outlines our partnership. We probably send this earlier than other companies, but we don't send it early to try and pressure you into anything. We send it early because we feel reviewing the legal documents is a critical step in evaluating your options! If you don't know what you're signing up for on paper, how can you even properly know what to expect? We want you to see that we're not just a fancy sales pitch and then we lock you into a bad experience. We talk the talk AND walk the walk.

5. Property Management Onboarding: After the agreement gets signed, arrange a time to meet on-site to walk the property(s) with you and make sure everything is ready to list the property(s) for rent. If you already have a resident in place then we'll come up with a plan of action to make takeover as pain free as possible. We will work with you to gather all the necessary information to onboard your property into our system so we can take the management off your hands completely. 

6. Ongoing Property Management: Once we're up and running we'll be sending monthly owner statements and ACH distributions to you on the 11th of every month! This allows you to see how your property is performing and stay up to date on everything. Furthermore, you'll have a login to our owners portal which will allow you to see up to the day information at any time! Our partners for accounting do daily reconciliations of all our properties so you can rest easy knowing that you have accurate information every single day. And at the end of every year you'll get your tax documents from us so you can go file your taxes.
