for your property – your Portfolio/Property Manager (PM). The Portfolio Manager is your one point of
contact for leasing, management, maintenance, etc. – all things related to your investment property. Our
Portfolio Managers are all licensed real estate agents.
We manage your property with disciplined rent collection and lease enforcement, minimized expenses, current technology, and a low vacancy rate. We are veteran-owned and operated, with six veterans on our team and over 130 years of combined military service among our team members. We bring the work ethic and values we developed in the military with us to work each day.
