Property Management Services:

  • Leasing: Find great tenants for your properties in short time ensures lasting success. Advertising, marketing, showing, screening tenants (income, credit, criminal, drug, eviction, previous landlord and sex-offenders-list verifications), negotiating lease terms, and pre-move-in inspections. We make payign rent easy via ACH, credit card, or check.

  • Accounting: Professional and comprehensive accounting statements are provided monthly and at year-end for taxes to allow the owner full and constant awareness of their properties’ financial performance. Copies of all maintenance and utility invoices or receipts are included in monthly statements to provide a clear understanding of the exact operating costs. Proceeds are sent by mail or direct bank deposit (depending on the preference of the owner). PropertyCraft is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Maintenance: We are responsive 24/7 to issues, providing immediate solutions remotely or on-site repairs through maintenance personnel or trusted third-party providers. PropertyCraft applies a pro-active approach to maintenance that minimizes surprises, reduces risk, and saves money.

  • Tenant Management: PropertyCraft knows the laws that govern property management and handles all evictions or other tenant issues professionally. With strong documentation procedures and a lifetime of experience, we are equipped to handle situations as they arise. 

  • Property Monitoring: PropertyCraft has an experienced staff that takes a "hands on" approach to management and will ensure properties are in good condition on a constant basis; providing physical inspections regularly.
