Bay Area Property Services (BAPS) specializes in full-service community association management only. We handle communities of all sizes, each receiving the same extraordinary customer service provided by our highly-trained team.

While the company was founded by Michael D. Porter, CEO, who has managed community associations since 1991, it is the dedicated staff that defines the company. President Lisa Triplett focus on building and leading an experienced team to deliver responsive and thoughtful management and customer service to our clients. You are in good hands at BAPS!

Homeowner Associations: Every community is different, and we work with each one to determine what are the best procedures to "get it done".
Condominium Associations: Communities with a large common area entailing many shared amenities and varied scope of unit types are our specialty.
Co-ops, Townhomes, Single Family, & Planned Unit Communities: BAPS understands the intricate nuances of all types of communities.
High-Rise Communities: With close living quarters, these types of communities require a special approach to management. We handle resident concerns within units and the large shared common area with expertise.
Developer Communities: BAPS works with builders and boards to see through the construction and phasing process to the full completion of a brand new community. 
Master Planned Communities: Due to the large nature of these communities, both in number of units and extensive common areas, they require years of experience which our management team offers.

At BAPS, our mission is to preserve and enhance property values by developing curb-appeal projects, directing preventative maintenance programs, following the reserve study, and enforcing the governing documents, which in turn creates a positive Homeowner/HOA experience.
