  5. Create RFPs and performed detailed inspections to ensure compliance.
  6. Ensure maintenance staff / contractors performed proper preventive maintenance.
  7. Manage the supervision and coordination of construction and renovations.
  8. Determine long term maintenance and capital expenditure needs.
  9. Create long term maintenance and replacement annual plan.
  10. Interview reserve study firms to recommend to Board of Directors.
  11. Represent Associations in court as needed.
  12. SIRS / Milestone Inspections
  13. Stay current on Statutes 718 and 720
  14. Develop Operating and Reserve Budgets for Board approval.
