Areas of Specialization — The property management team is comprised solely of property managers who handle properties on a daily basis - it’s their sole focus. This team is lead by Andrew Bush, CPM, CCIM, who has over a decade of experience working for the Estes Group. Andrew will oversee every aspect of your project and will serve as your main point of contact. Your project will not be passed to anther agent in the office. It’s worth noting that the Estes Group is the only third-party property management company in Mississippi with the AMO designation, and Andrew is one of the only third-party managers in the state to have both the CCIM and CPM designations.

Portfolio of Centers — One of the major strengths of the Estes Group, Inc. is its extensive experience in managing and leasing large facilities, which gives it a competitive edge over most other management firms. We recognize that each lease, easement, or operating agreement is unique, and managing operations for shopping centers, office buildings, and other large projects with multiple phases, buildings, and unowned parcels can be complex. Additionally, financial reconciliations require great attention to detail and could cost the ownership increased slippage if not handled diligently. We understand CAM caps, expense stops, base years, and how to effectively communicate billing Information to tenants.

Diverse Client Base — Estes Group serves a diverse client base, including REITs, Loan Servicers, Local Banks, financial intuitions, partnerships, and individuals. We have the sophistication as well as flexibility to use clients software systems and can streamline our procedures to match their needs. We have extensive experience with various software systems such as Argus, Building Engines, Yardi, Corrigo, MRI, and Payscan. We can also integrate a client’s specific needs into our established system based on Yardi, a property management accounting software.

The Estes Group, Inc. has the distuqished AMO designation.  Our staff includes two (2) CCIMs and three (3) CPMs (Certified Property Managers).  Our firm is dedicated to continual improvement of our staff and properties.
