We are experts in the Washington D.C. metro area short term rental (STR) arena and understand the laws and regulations, start-up investment planning, and day-to-day management associated with running a STR. We are also experts in tenant placement/leasing in the Washington D.C. metro area. Our lead property manager is an engineer by education and training having majored in material science engineering at The Ohio State University (Go BUCKS!), but has over 5 years of real estate experience in the area.

• Licensing and registration for basic business license for rentals, Certificate of occupancy and registration with rental accommodations division (RAD)
• Owner and Tenant Portals

• Eviction Management and access to company tenant’-landlord lawyer

Long Term Rental Pricing: $300 start-up fee + 7% of One Month’s Rent

Mid-term Term Rental Pricing: $300 start-up fee + 10% of One Month’s Rent

Short Term Rental Pricing: $300 start-up fee + 20% of Revenue

Contract Terms: Flexible. Only 30 days’ notice to stop service.

Leasing service Fee: 50% of one month's rent
