We have the BEST homeowner portal are the market to date.  AppFolio is the most intuative and easy to navigate.  Of the 7,000 homeowners that we serve, 85% of them have activated their portal.  For those that have, they can now download any HOA documents including the CCR's, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Minutes, Financial Statements.  

Something that is ground breaking in our industry is the Architechural Application Process within the AppFolio portal.  Homeowners can download the Application, fill it out, then upload it back to the portal along with pictures.  The Board will then receive it and can review, discuss and approve it in the portal.  This allows your homeowners to get started on their project sooner and not have to wait for the next Board Meeting.  

There are many more features of the portal that we utilize.  Most other companies only utilize one or two features, but we utilze all that AppFolio has to offer.   

We have a unique business model... unlike any other management company.  Our Managers are expected to treat their portfolio as if it is their own company.  They are empowered to make whatever decisions are necessary to keep their Boards and Homeowners happy.    We don't believe in having middle management.  We feel that our Managers have enough bosses .. which is You, the Board of Directors.    Our Managers are salaried, however if they lose an account, their salary is reduced.  If they choose to take on an additional account, their salary is increased.   This business model translates to strong retention among our Managers.
