Scope of Work and Pricing:

• 50% of the first full month's rent: Marketing and tenant finder's fee for leasing (Lease fees: Including credit checks, criminal background checks, and employment verification)
• 10% of recurring months: Tenant management, property maintenance, supply maintenance, collecting rent, owner payments, and move-out/make-ready tasks
• Make Ready: Price based on property condition, including cleaning, painting, maintenance, and lawn care
• Vacation Rentals: Airbnb, VRBO, Google Travel, and other rental websites
  • 25% of payout booking amount.
  • Services include managing marketing, cleaning, scheduling, supply maintenance, and property maintenance
