To provide you with a more tailored estimate, we would need to converse with you and assess your property. After evaluating your property, we will also assist you in determining an appropriate market value for monthly rent. Our leasing service is priced at 100% of the first month's rent and encompasses: 

- Complimentary rental analysis
- Marketing of your property across various rental resource sites
- Comprehensive background checks and tenant screening
- A dedicated leasing agent
- Move-in/move-out inspections with tenants
- Execution of rental leasing agreements

Once your tenants are placed, our property management services are available for $99 per month. This fee includes:

- Rent collection
- Coordination of maintenance requests
- Management of tenant and property files
- 24/7/365 tenant support for calls and emergencies
- Online owner portal for access to all financials and documents at your convenience
- Document database for leases and all related documentation
