In reality many management companies have too many doors to properly give you, your property, and the tenants the required attention needed.

What does that mean for you? It means ignored phone calls, forgotten emails, important deadlines missed. All of these things can happen to the best of us, but is it forgivable when the workload is too much, but could have been avoided?

This is where I come in. 

I include all of the aforementioned bullet point items, but the main difference between my company and others is I have a manageable workload. I am hands-on with you. I do not make final decisions for you.  This is *your* property and you will have final approval. I make suggestions based on my knowledge and we discuss. I like to consider us a partnership.
