Association Management
Market property to prospective renters (includes ALL advertising and showing property)
Process tenant application (including thorough background check)
Sign lease with tenant
Collect security deposit
Manage tenant move-in, including filing move-in checklist to record property condition
100% of the all management of a property
Collect monthly rent, including pursuing late payments
Arrange property maintenance as needed, and as approved by owner
Communication with tenants regarding maintenance and leasing issues
Walk through property after move out, obtain necessary repairs and refund security deposit to tenants
Periodic inspections
Provide monthly financial statements to owner
Take over management of property that is already rented. (This fee does NOT apply if we are finding a tenant for you.) Ongoing management is provided at standard fee for Management service.
