Our Mission 

Enjoy the financial benefits of owning a rental property while letting a professional Property Manager handle all of the work.  We have a passion for real estate of all shapes and sizes, being investors ourselves.  With assets across different classes in real estate space, we want to provide investors and owners the flexibility to spread out with their portfolio without having to spread themselves thin with multiple property managers.

The online portal through Buildium provides excellant transparency of what is going on with your real estate at any given time.  You can see leases, tenant payments, and work order statuses with pictures.  We also provide a monthly reporting and "Property Worksheet" that gives more insight into the property.  

Pricing Structure and Management Services 

In most cases 7-12 percent of gross collected rent is what we charge to manage a property.  We do have a minimum of $60 per door.  The percentage covers the following.  

  • Advising the best market rental rate for your property.
  • Listing Vacant Properties 
  • Securing Quality Tenants
  • Rent Collection & Disbursement
  • Sending Notices 
  • Eviction Processes 
  • Overseeing Maintenance Requests
  • Managing the tenant relationship
  • Providing Property Inspections
  • Arranging basic property care, such as lawncare and snow removal 
  • Monthly reporting of owner's funds through a direct deposit by the 5th
