Renegade Rentals is a family-owned, full-service property management company that began June 2020. Renegade Rentals offers the highest level of professional real estate services to primarily out-of-area owners and investors.  Local investors are welcome to select cost effective a la cart services or custom packages such as Eviction Proceedings ($500), Property staging, marketing (MLS), tenant screening and lease ($600). 

Founders Jay and Alexa became "Accidental Landlords" during the market crisis of 2008.  After hiring a string of property managers, they realized they could and should do it better.  Refusing to accept the industry norm of mark-ups and hidden fees, Renegade Rentals was born in rebellion to the lack of fair pricing and limited use of technology.

Renegade Rentals high-tech, high-touch property management combines technology with personalized customer service to improve property the management experience for owners and tenants. Renegade Rentals focuses on the emotional and experiential aspects of hospitality and uses tech to increase efficiency, accuracy and communication.
