About Us

The owners of E/H Property Management, Steven and Cristen Valentine, are residents of Wichita and love raising their children here.  They enjoy running a family business together and share a set of expertise that is the perfect formula for managing your properties.

Steven has a background of over 20 years in residential remodeling and manages the property maintenance branch of our company. Our sister company, E/H Construction LLC, is a fully licensed and insured company that is qualified and ready to keep your properties kept in the best possible condition.

Cristen has a background in loan underwriting with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She managed an entire portfolio of loans during her banking career and was instrumental in researching various credit bureaus and how to determine adequate creditworthiness.  As the family business grew, she left her career in banking over 5 years ago to manage all of the office and accounting duties for E/H Construction and E/H Property Management.  She manages all of the bookkeeping for the properties and also underwrites new tenants and manages the leasing process.
