Indurate Property Management LLC was established in 2008 and is a family owned and operated business. After management of the company was unable to locate a service that fit their needs Indurate Property Management was established. The company operates on the following principles; integrity, transparency and fair pricing. It is paramount that both parties have a profitable relationship and relieve the owners of the burdens of managing a property themselves. Our goal is for our clients to only think about their property only when rental proceeds are deposited each month. Our management team has been involved in the housing industry for over twenty years and has relationships with many vendors throughout our area of operations. For your consideration our fee's and provided services are below.

For 10% of the monthly lease amount per unit you can expect the following;

• Advertising on over 500 websites for tenants.
• Tenant screening and application verification.
• Collect rent and distribute proceeds.
• Minor repairs such as broken handles, fixtures or clogs.
• Portal with ledger detailing work orders and access to tenant ledger.
• County and State licensing.
• Court and evictions, in regard to Landlord/Tenant disputes.
• Detailed accounting report for tax filing purposes.
• Professional and prompt service.
• Access to our vendor list for discounted services such as General Contractor.
• Electrical and Insulation services.
