Here at Brickstreet Property Management we have a full time 24 hour maintenance crew on staff. We pride ourselves on maintaining properties and avoiding problems before they occur.

Brickstreet Propert Management doesn't need to track down a handy man or call a contractor when there is a problem. Our full time maintenance staff can handle almost any issue that a property can have.

We work with landlords to clearly define a problem and agree to a solution. If an owner has a preferred service provider we are happy to work with them. If an owner doesn't want to hear about any problems unless the tenant is displaced we can do that too.

Every person is different and every owner has different expectations. At Brickstreet Property Management we let you decide how much you do or do not want to be involved.
