  • Tenant screening, including a full background check including: criminal, credit, and eviction history
  • We procure the tenant that meets your needs. You have final say in choosing a tenant for your property
  • We conduct a move-in and move-out inspection with pictures
  • We collect all payments from the tenants and pay owners through direct deposit or check, and supply owner with a monthly statement
  • Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs at no additional fee
  • We maintain a list of approved vendors for all maintenance issues and emergency repairs
  • Maintenance issues handled with your approval at no additional fee
  • Clean checks of interior and exterior completed every 6 months at no additional fee
  • Eviction and writ of possession done at no additional fee to owner
