  • Rent Collection - Our management fees based on actual collected rent
  • Leasing Guarantee - free lease up if the tenant we place does not fulfill lease
  • Eviction Guarantee - $1,000 if a tenant we place is evicted
  • Pet Damage Guarantee - $1,000 if any pet damage not covered by tenant
  • Satisfaction Guarantee - Easy cancellation with no termination fees if not satisfied
  • Utility Income Program - we help owners earn back thousands of dollars every year in utility income from tenants.  For properties where the owner pays shared utility costs such as gas heat, water, and trash service, we allocate to the tenants based on square footage, and manage the billing and collection.  This puts all the utility cost to the tenant.  Tenants are then more responsible with utility usage as well.
