CJ Real Estate Inc., retains contracts with numerous company's to get the lowest prices possible on appliances, carpet, plumbing, etc. We maintain our own property maintenance company capable of doing almost all necessary work, including HVAC. This service significantly reduces owner maintenance expense.

• Owners have on-line access to statements, copies of paid bills, leases, etc., at no additional costs
• Owner payments distributed electronically on the 11th of every month
• Monthly / Annual property reports with end of year 1099 at no additional costs
• Collections are done by our in-house team and bad collectors available for tenants leaving with a balance owed
• Vacancy advertising to over 50 Internet websites through our own Internet partnerships
• Move in and move out inspections done at no additional costs

Tenant/Lease Management

• Tenant access to on-line payment system
