Our leasing fee includes a full property assessment, comprehensive marketing and thorough screening of each applicant. Then we select the best tenant, get the lease contract signed and ensure payment of the deposit and initial rent. Once we place the tenant/resident into your property for you, we are done. The property management portion returns back to you and you will, hopefully, hire us again if you ever need another tenant.
