• Annual and ‘as needed’ property inspections

• Tenants under our management are required to have renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability to you

Bridge City Properties, LLC charges the following for these services
?
• The base management fee is 8.0% of the monthly rent with a minimum fee of $100.00
• $500.00 start-up fee payable upon commencement of service agreement
• $500.00 to turn-over a vacancy and place a new tenant

Additionally, we require you keep $500.00 ‘on reserve’ held in our clients’ trust-account. These funds remain available in the case we have bills on the property without rental funds to pay those bills. You may request a higher reserve amount.
