Maintenance

Inspections

Approximately every 90 days, RPM offers optional inspections of your unit, both inside and out including pictures, completed inspection reports and furnace filter changes. This ensures your property is properly maintained and cared for.

Evictions/Collections

Rent payments are due on the first, late on the second. If rents are not paid by the 5th of the month, RPM starts the processes to legally evict tenants. You are not required to participate in the eviction process. 

Accounting

RPM is highly automated. Each month you receive a financial statement showing rents collected and disbursements that have been made. All owners have access to a unique portal providing reports including payment history and tax information to aid in generating returns. All at the touch of a button.
