How We Do it?

  Our marketing campaign is one of the best things about us as we list your property on over 100 rental websites and the Multiple Listing Service. We also have special marketing for high-end homes.
   
• Credit and criminal screening
  We require each potential tenant to complete an application, then follow up to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.
  
  
• Regular property inspections
  Approximately every 90 days, we try to make a thorough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside. This helps us insure your property is being properly cared for and eliminates surprises.
